AVOCADO TOAST

Crisp homemade bread topped with fresh avocado, red onion, sriracha, drizzle of lemon.

SMOKED SALMON BAGEL

Pacific smoked salmon, dill, cream cheese, red onion toasted on multigrain bagel.

TOAST & FRESH FRUIT

Seasonal selection, homemade bread, homestead jam.

CREAMY ALMOND STEEL CUT OATS

With sliced almonds, flaked coconuts, wild blueberries.

BREAKFAST SANDWICH

With Homemade sourdough english muffin, eggs, bacon, tomato, greens.

WHITE CHOCOLATE & BERRY SCONE, fruit & yoghurt

EGGS BENEDICT

English muffin with back bacon, poached egg, topped with hollandaise sauce.

Selections of Juices

Choice of Nelson’s Oso coffee or teas.

Breakfast choice pre-determined before visit. It is served at 8 am unless otherwise pre-determined. (Optional, breakfast availability between 7:30 – 9:00 in dining room.)
